We are an appointment-only salon.

“Squeeze-in” requests and appointments scheduled outside of regular business hours are subject to an additional $50 fee on top of the standard grooming price.

A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled, and 50% of the grooming service will be charged before rescheduling to the next available time.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $20 fee.

We kindly ask that you respect our time and schedule so that other pets and their owners have the opportunity to book appointments.
